Designers:
To submit your work please include:
- Bio: who are you? what inspires you? how did you become a designer? what is your vision?
- Photos: attach a few high-res images to the e-mail. They don’t have to be professional pictures, but they should accurately and clearly display your work or your vision.
- Website: EVERY ASPIRING DESIGNER SHOULD HAVE A WEBSITE. I can’t stress this enough. Neo Dia is a great example of a label using facebook as it’s main web presence. You don’t need anything fancy to start, but you definitely need a place for people to go and learn about you and your work.
- Where to buy: No worries if you’re not up and running yet… at the very least make sure you have a good contact # or e-mail where people can reach you with inquiries.
That’s it! Don’t be shy!
Products:
At UrbanSocialite.com we pride ourselves on finding the best talent on the web… Most products on the site are things that have come here by word of mouth or my own personal experience. Often I get emails asking for product reviews… night creams, anti-frizz serums, etc. The bottom line is this, I’m not going to give a seal of approval or glowing review to a product that myself or someone on my team hasn’t tried (and loved).
If you have a sample of a product that you want myself or someone on my team to try, email samples@urbansocialite.com and I’ll get back to you. Generally we look for newer products and always love all-natural ingredients. Currently, there are four people on the product review team.
Photographers:
We totally want to give you credit for your beautiful images (photo credits aren’t always easy to find on designer pages)!!
Please email me at info@urbansocialite.com and I’ll be sure to give you the praise and adoration you deserve!
