I have never been much a meat and potatoes kind of girl. In fact, I didn’t eat meat as a child. There was no real logic to this choice, I just didn’t like how it tasted. I used to hide the chicken my mom made and once tried to feed it to the dog (I felt guilty and stopped mid-handout). The first meat I remember really enjoying was a hamburger from Wendy’s. You (and my mom) can thank that freckle-faced phenomenon for my transformation.
