I’ve been a little scattered the past few months. So scattered in fact, that I’ve been neglecting one of my favorite spring rituals: transferring the contents from my black winter wallet to one of my cute, colorful summer wallets! Right now I’ve opted for Karen Callan’s amazing “medium” sized wallet with a fun alligator ornament. Not only is the wallet a perfect size, it literally holds everything. More than meets the eye, so to speak!
I also got tons of cool stuff from MAC the other day. Their Volcanic Ash Exfoliator is definitely my new obsession. In case you didn’t know, volcanic ash has been used for centuries by the native Melanesians and Polynesians for its various healing properties. Volcanic ash does not dissolve in water, so the finely crushed particles make for a fantastic, mild exfoliant. It has amazing purification and cleaning qualities. It’s been a perfect (purifying) break from my perpetually stressful state! I’m also loving their Neo Sci-Fi collection. The colors couldn’t be more perfect for summer!
It’s super early. I’m actually in the process of moving, which I think is one of the top three most stressful things ever. You’ll have to bear with me. (Also, if you have any suggestions for a unique sofa that will fit in a room with a GIANT bay window, I’d love to hear it!).
