Yup… my crazy subway ride yesterday confirms it… the kiddies are back in school.
Oh the drama! The clothes! The boys! Honestly? The more I think about it, not much has changed.
While we’re on the subject of school, I might as well share with you a line I’m sure you’re going to love, L’Ecole Des Femmes*. This brand, based out of L.A. was, “originally conceived in the back seat of a black convertible spider in 1962 by Georgette Malbesee and Jean Pierre Lachemescouilles, through the cold smoke of a pair of unfiltered cigarettes.” Right. Anyway, their collection features adorable dresses, amazing suits (how much do I want the suit in this picture!!??), and a clean, tailored style. That, combined with a unique perspective on classic silhouettes makes L’Ecole Des Femmes one to watch!
