Sometimes things that are obviously good are problematic once you peel away the layers. Conversely, sometimes things that are apparently troublesome are “transformational catalysts”  in the making (I know you like that Melka). One of my resolutions this year is to keep an open mind… about everything… I tend to be an “all or nothing” kind of girl, and the more I think about it, the more I realize that most situations have a HUGE grey area that I all but write-off. Strange too because grey is my favorite color (I know, I know, I’ve read all the color-personality profiles... whatever).

Anyway, jumping off my theme of keeping an open mind and thinking outside the box, I thought I’d write about Ferenc Csabay, an up-and-coming designer from Hungary with a unique aesthetic and concentrated ambition.

CSF by Ferenc Csabay is inspired by a classic Anglo Saxon look and inventive Japanese silhouettes. His collection’s motto “wearable, yet unique” is applied to all of his creations. Well known in Hungary, Ferenc’s goal is to expand his collection worldwide. With designs like these, he is certainly headed in the right direction!
