Sharon, I’m sorry you had a bad experience with them. I know it takes them a while to get orders out because everything is hand-made and made to order… but I have never had issues with Cocoa Pink and I’ve ordered from them a bunch (though mostly in the past, I know the site/ shop has been going through some recent renovations). I’m surprised to hear that, but I’m glad you shared your experience…

Buyer Beware. Lots of issues with this company, and my order was not complete, never got customer service help regarding the issues, and then was trying to charge paypal charge for fees. Just too much drama and problems for me, then when the order did not even arrive on time or correct, that was enough. Beware of Cocoa Pink.
