Yup. This is going to be a looooooong week. My Outlook calendar is super mad at me…. with appointments in red and crisscrossing arrows all highlighting the fact that despite the fact I actually put things in my calendar now (which is a HUGE step up from where I was this time last year), I don’t pay any attention to what’s already in there when I enter new things. Kinda defeats the purpose of keeping a schedule… but at least now I know I’m double booked instead of be caught by surprise!
Moving on. Today’s designer is the sassy Australian, Sara Phillips. Sara launched her debut collection for her label “Sara Phillips” titled “Knit one Purl one” in November of 2007 at the Carriage works in Sydney. She has been working in the fashion industry for five years and already has an impressive CV, having worked with large fashion houses such as Jayson Brunsdon, Saba and the Apparel Group. Sara combines her fresh, feminine sense of design with a quirky edge in her striking label!
Enjoy, and sorry if I’m super-flighty this week!

my favorite outfit is the first picture. it reminds me of max azria’s fall 2008 runway looks especially because of the sheer stiff chiffon skirt and i like how it is put together with the black over the knee socks or stockings. it is a very chic and modern look. my second favorite has to be the one right below it with the overly sized white ruffles running down the front of the dress. it is really over the top but still has a soft simple feel to it.
