This is a perfect “stroll down Newbury Street and support the economy” sort of day! I was supposed to be heading to the Cape but plans fell through and thus I am left with a beautiful day in the Bean!
Before I go out and spend money I don’t have, I thought I’d share independent designer collective “idea 2 lifestyle.”
This collective effort yields some amazing designs, each emphasizing the brand’s emphasis on individuality. I2L is made up of a team of independent designers who brainstorm, explore, and experiment together, creating exciting looks unlike anything else out there. Ben, Gloria, Shoufu, Yangyang, Summer, Duan Sifu, Chan, Lee, Gerald, and Gerald’s mom and dad take part in every part of every piece, so that each garment is a total team effort!
The collective doesn’t attach labels to their clothes… because they know you, and they know you’re not about flashing the brand. You’re about the style… and their unique collection has plenty to spare! I loooove the “listen to the night” jacket… I am obsessed!
Okay, first a run around Jamaica Pond, then Newbury Street, here I come!
