Ok, on to fashion. Flashback: The first week I moved to NYC, I was on 5th, running late for an appointment when … TRIP, SKIP, CRACK I lost the heel to my favorite pair of Marc Jacobs. Of course they were four inch heels so switched between an awkward hop and unbalanced heel walk before I found a shoe store and bough some new heels.
If only fifth avenue shoe repair had been around! Ok, obvy they’re not an actual shoe repair company, but they could have done wonders for the ensemble I was wearing at the time (let’s just say my fashion sense has evolved since 2001!). Seriously, I love these designs. I really want that skirt… how fun!
