For your Monday, I thought I’d share Peppercotton– mostly because I am craving a silver bracelet from their dark matter collection!! About Peppercotton:
The concept is simple — jewelry made of nylon mesh tubing filled with loose Swarovski and vintage Czech crystals. A marriage of utilitarian and glamorous materials that perfectly reflect the city that Peppercotton calls home: New York. Patrick and Aurelia are recent graduates of the Rhode Island School of Design, having studied painting (Patrick) and apparel design (Aurelia). The designers work in their Greenpoint studio to personally handcraft each piece that goes out — to the influential NYC boutiques that carry them and to the fabulous personalities who wear them. And like the tough but sparkling people in this city, no two pieces are alike.
Of course they’re RISD grads!!
