I used to get frustrated when I scrolled through Instagram and came across posts with pictures of ridiculously artful food (like above) and captions like “yummy post-workout meal!”
Really? Who has time or energy to craft a beautiful and decadently healthy meal after workout? I’m lucky if I have the wherewithal to peel a banana…
